DJ Bishop
Starting out at the age of 14 listening to tapes packs of legends like Sy, Brisk and Hixxy, Bishop wanted to learn more about the music and what it entailed.
This drove him to get his first pair of decks.
Not long afterwards, Bishop entered a DJing competition called Weston Wheels, and walked away the winner. He didn't look back with residencies coming from big local nights like Q-Bic, Hardcore Distortion and Extreme Vision.
In mid 2007 Bishop got booked for Uproar. Other big bookings followed from places like Fusion, Hardcore Evolution, Delerium and Firewall.
Also in 2007, Bishop hit the studio and started to produce, and come up with the infamous Virtual Dreams remix, which was supported by none other than Hixxy and countless other jocks. Over 2008 Bishop has gone from strength to strength in the studio, getting recent productions signed to various labels such as Warped Science, 24-7, ROTC, Higher State and recently the great Electrik Euphoria Records.
Bishop is definitely one to look out for in 2009.....
